Registration Information

Regular and Student registration fee includes:

-Admission to all Scientific Sessions - Admission to Poster Area and Exhibition - onference Materials (congress bag, final program, abstract publication) - Certificate of Attendance - offee Breaks and Lunch - Welcome Reception

Accompanying Person registration fee includes:

Welcome Reception - Coffee Breaks and Lunch - Admission to general areas of the Congress Venue (not to Scientific Sessions)

Exhibitor registration fee includes:

Admission to Exhibition Area - Coffee Breaks and Lunch

Payment Methods
Payment of registration fees (in Chinese Yuan or U.S. dollar) can be made as follows: 

By Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard and China Union Pay

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees. 

Registration Cancellation Policy

Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:

- Up to 30 days prior to arrival – full refund less bank charges

- Less than 30 days prior to arrival – no refund

Cancellations or changes must be received in writing by the conference secretary.
